Take your pick of sessions or be a VIP and have access to both for a discounted rate. This event will be held in the historic Mill Event Center where you can stay cozy and warm no matter the weather outside that day!

This event is presented by The Cultural Competency Group of Lancaster, made up of Destination Downtown Lancaster, Fairfield County Heritage Association, the DEIB Committee of Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber of Commerce, The Fairfield County District Library, the Black Interest Group, and Lancaster City Community Development.
Destination Downtown Lancaster will be hosting a Downtown Trick or Treat on Saturday, October 28th from 1-2:30pm (or until the candy runs out!)! The streets will be closed to traffic for this festive event. Get those costumes ready as we will have over 40+ businesses/organizations passing out candy. After you've collected all the candy, stick around to enjoy spooky specials at downtown restaurants and shops!
This event is free and open to the public. Happy Halloween!
Please Note: The streets will close at 11am on Saturday, October 28th for the event. (At Main Street from Memorial Drive to High Street, Broad and Columbus from Chestnut to Wheeling with alley access maintained). There will be no parking on Main Street during this time. There will also be restricted parking on South Chestnut Street and North Wheeling Street. The streets will open back at 4:00pm when it is safe to do so!
