Passionate about community and a fixture in local nonprofit work, Amanda was one of the founders of AHA! A Hands on Adventure, A Children's Museum. She has served on the boards of Lancaster Friends of the Parks, Robert K. Fox Family Y, Lancaster Sherman Rotary and AHA! Committed to the revitalization of downtown Lancaster where she lives, plays, and works, Amanda has always enjoyed eating, drinking and shopping her way through the historic streets of Lancaster in the name of economic development. She lives in the downtown historic district with her children, dogs, cat and husband, Bryan.
Events and Marketing Coordinator
Colin organized events for DDL as a volunteer and advocate when he was a student at Lancaster High School. Now he organizes all of our events and manages our marketing and programming! As an old soul who values community above all else, Colin brings his social media prowess and relationship building skills to DDL. Colin is the “Captain of Fun” Downtown! He is an active member of the Lancaster-Sherman Rotary Club, Young Professionals of Lancaster, and The Lancaster Arts and Civics Club. On top of all that he somehow finds time to devote to friends and family, while seeking adventures in his Jeep and visiting unique places. Colin is also a student at Ohio Christian University where he is studying business with a focus in marketing.
Margie is responsible for keeping the sidewalks clean within the downtown and Special Improvement District. She can often be seen riding the Gator through the streets, battling weeds, trash and (her ultimate nemesis) cigarette butts! The war on litter is in full effect and Margie is the ultimate soldier! We so appreciate her diligence!
SID Snow & Ice Removal
The SID annually contracts with local companies to provide snow and ice removal on sidewalks within the Special Improvement District. Most recently we have used the services of Kirkbride Lawn Care.
