The Downtown Lancaster Gift Card is a new e-gift card program of Destination Downtown Lancaster that will give you more flexibility to support your favorite local businesses. When you purchase your gift, you will receive a digital card that can be redeemed at many participating locations.

The Downtown Lancaster Gift Card is designed to keep local dollars with our downtown businesses. This Community eGift Card program, managed by our technology partner, Yiftee, is digital and easy to use. When you purchase a gift card for a friend, family member, or yourself, you’re giving the means to experience the best shopping, dining, and entertainment in Downtown Lancaster.

When you use your Downtown Gift Card, you are putting money in the pockets of local businesses that need your support now more than ever!

HOW IT WORKS

It’s simple. Purchase Gift Card by clicking here, choose an amount, and it will be delivered by email or text message.

Want to deliver your electronic gift card to the recipient in person? Simply choose “print for hand deliver.”

Customers pay a small e-delivery fee of $1 + 5% of the cards value, which supports our technology partner and is a small cost in return for having the flexibility to use the gift card at multiple downtown Lancaster locations.

WHERE TO SPEND YOUR DOWNTOWN DOLLARS

The Downtown Lancaster Gift Card is accepted by many participating merchants in Downtown Lancaster. Vendors are always being added, so be sure to check back frequently to make sure your favorite restaurant or retailer accepts the digital gift cards.

Every time you use your Gift Card at a participating business, it puts money directly in the pockets of those businesses that need our help. And it relies on you doing activities you love, like shopping at your favorite downtown retailers, or bringing home take-out from your favorite downtown restaurants!

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

  • There are no monthly inactivity fees.

  • Monthly reminders are sent via email and/or text message to help customers remember they have the gift card available for use – a small inactivity fee kicks in after 12 consecutive months of non use.

  • Your card balance is listed directly on the card, and is updated as the card balance is depleted.

  • Purchasing cards is fast, personalized, and instantaneous – great for last-minute gifts!

  • Funds are immediately available (no need to wait for a physical card to be mailed).
