Vendor Agreement
1. Vendor agrees to provide approved items during the 2019 Fall Festival, Saturday October 19, 4-7PM 2. Each Vendor shall pay a fee of $30 to Destination Downtown Lancastwer, 109 N. Broad St. STE. 100, Lancaster, OH 43130. Destination Downtown Lancaster Reserves the right to refuse any contract. 3. Placement of each vendor shall be determined by Destination Downtown Lancaster.. The Vendor shall supply its operating equipment, supplies, and sanitation. Electricity is NOT available. 4.Selection of vendors will be made by Destination Downtown Lancaster. If you are selected, you will receive an email along with an invoice for your vendor fee. 5.Each vendor shall obtain all required permits for operation and abide by all codes and regulations mandated by the Lancaster City Health Department, City of Lancaster, and the State of Ohio. 6. Destination Downtown Lancaster shall not be held liable for the vendor's products, premises, service, or the acts of vendor's employees or agents and further, the vendor indemnifies Destination Downtown Lancaster from any liability there from. 7. Vendor can set up from 1-3:30pm prior to the start of the event. (A map with your vendor location will be sent out to you via email prior to the event) 8. No rights, duties, or obligations under this contract may be assigned without approval of Destination Downtown Lancaster.
